After your AI for Service Cloud data is ingested into Data 360 and Tableau Next is enabled, you’re ready to install the Service AI Adoption and Analytics app.

Before installing the Service AI Adoption and Analytics app, ingest at least one feature usage event via the new data streams; otherwise, the installation will fail.
- On the Service AI Adoption and Analytics setup page, in the Setup Service AI Adoption and Analytics section, click Install.

In the Service AI Adoption and Analytics tab, select the data space and
dashboard view preference.
- Select the default data space.
- In the Dashboard View field, select whether you want to show analytics by group or by service rep.
- Click Next to continue.
- In the General tab, give your instance a unique, easily recognizable name. To track this install, include “Service AI Adoption and Analytics” and the install date in the mm-dd-yyyy format.
- In the Description field, add details about the app.
- In the Logging Severity Level field, leave the log level as is, unless you require more information about the Service AI Adoption and Analytics installation.
- Click Install to complete the installation.
Installing Service AI Adoption and Analytics can take a few minutes. After the installation begins, the App Status and Updates section appears on the Service AI Adoption and Analytics setup page. Use this section to check the installation progress and manage the app when the installation completes.
