Required Editions
Service AI Adoption and Analytics Dashboard Requirements
To view data in the Service AI Adoption and Analytics dashboard, make sure that the
features associated with the dashboard are configured and populated with data. To enable
Agentforce agents, follow the instructions in Set Up A Service Agent.
Limitations and Considerations
- Only admins can install the Service AI Adoption and Analytics app.
- In companion orgs, install Service AI Adoption and Analytics only in the default data space.
Service Data Kit
The Service data kit may have updates each release, so always check to make sure that your
org has the latest version installed.
The Service data kit installs the Service data bundle. The Service bundle includes data
streams that create DMOs and mappings for data on cases, support reps, surveys, and so on.
View the data streams, data lake objects, data model objects, and batch transforms in Data 360. Open Data 360 and use the Data Streams and
Data Model Objects tabs to view the data mappings, relationships, and data field
specifics.
