Enable Einstein Service Replies

To get started, turn on Service Replies.

Required Editions

User Permissions Needed
To activate an Einstein Reply Recommendations model: Customize Application
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Einstein Reply Recommendations.
  2. Under Enable Service Replies, turn on Service Replies.
    Einstein Service Replies setup page with the feature enabled.

    Service Replies uses a generic model that doesn’t require separate model training.
