Tip
Tip Instead of completing this task manually, get help from Setup with Agentforce. For example, tell the Setup agent, “Add user Anthony Hall to the ‘Level 2 Support’ queue.” For more information, see User Management in Setup with Agentforce.
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
  2. Select a user, and then click View Summary.
  3. Under the Groups and Queues section, go to the Queue Membership tab. You can view the user’s assigned queues.
  4. To add a user to queues, click Add.
  5. To remove a user from queues, select one or more queues, and then click Remove.

To help you manage queue membership more easily, you can search the list by Label and sort it by Label or API Name.
