Tip Instead of completing this task manually, get help from Setup with Agentforce. For example, tell the Setup agent, “Add user Anthony Hall to the ‘Level 2 Support’ queue.” For more information, see [User Management in Setup with Agentforce](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.setup_agentforce_user_management.htm&language=en_US).

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select **Users**.
2. Select a user, and then click **View Summary**.
3. Under the Groups and Queues section, go to the **Queue Membership** tab. You can view the user’s assigned queues.
4. To add a user to queues, click **Add**.
5. To remove a user from queues, select one or more queues, and then click **Remove**.

To help you manage queue membership more easily, you can search the list by Label and sort it by Label or API Name.
