Get the request and response files of an optimization request to help you troubleshoot issues.

This is a Field Service managed package feature.

| To retrieve optimization request files: | Field Service Admin permission set AND Field Service Integration permission set |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Optimization Center. Then, click Optimization Request Files.
- Enter the optimization request ID. You can find the ID in the activity report. See Generate Activity Reports.
- Click Retrieve Files. The files are added to the Generated Files section.
- To view the files, in the Generated Files section, click Download from the Actions menu of the file. The files download in a JSON file format.
