This is a Field Service managed package feature.
Optimization Request Files lets Salesforce admins quickly retrieve the request and response files of an optimization request. Review the files in a JSON file format to find out what happened to a specific request and to quickly resolve related issues.
Note Optimization Request Files is available only when you’re using Enhanced Scheduling and
Optimization.
