Some Legacy Chat labels are migrated to Enhanced Chat with the Legacy Web Chat Migration (Beta) tool. Review which labels come over automatically. Then review which labels you can customize manually once you set up Enhanced Chat.

Some Legacy Chat labels are migrated directly to Enhanced Chat labels when you go through the Legacy Web Chat Migration (Beta) tool. To translate these labels into more than one language, run through the tool, and select a different language each time. To customize these migrated labels as well as other Enhanced Chat labels, use the Set Custom Labels editor in Embedded Service Deployment Settings.
