Before you set up Knowledge Similarity, you need:
- Set Up Agentforce Data Library for Knowledge Similarity
Check you’ve met all the prerequisites. Then, set up the Agentforce Data Library in Data 360. - Turn On Knowledge Similarity
Turn on Knowledge Similarity and ground it on an Agentforce Data Library so that your authors can check for similar existing articles while they work. - Add Check Similar Articles Action to Knowledge Article Record Pages
Add the Check Similar Articles action to your Knowledge page layouts so authors can find similar articles from a knowledge article record.
