Create an Experience Cloud site for your Employee
Services portal and choose a template when the site creation wizard prompts you.
For IT Service, use one of the two Experience Cloud templates:
- Agentforce Employee Center
- Agentic Center
We recommend using the Agentforce Employee Center template for
new portal sites.
