Service Process Naming Constraints
Flow element labels, API names, descriptions, and manually created variable names don't
support localization. Because of metadata constraints, you can access these standard IT
Service Management templates only in English:

- Reclaim
- Refresh
- Lost Device
- Hardware Issue
