# Limitations for Service Process Templates

Standard service process templates and their associated flow templates are available only in English.

### Required Editions

## Service Process Naming Constraints

Flow element labels, API names, descriptions, and manually created variable names don't support localization. Because of metadata constraints, you can access these standard IT Service Management templates only in English:

- New Hardware Request
- Reclaim
- Refresh
- Lost Device
- Hardware Issue
