Set Up the HR Service Solution

Use Salesforce Go to quickly set up the HR Service solution, which includes installing metadata, setting up accounts, configuring the self-service portal, and assigning permissions. This Jumpstart solution provides ready-to-use configurations for HR Service features.

Required Editions

  1. Select Salesforce Go from the gear menu.
  2. On the Salesforce Go page, go to the Initial Setup tab.
  3. Under HR Service Solution, select Set Up.
  4. On the HR Service Solution page, select Get Started.
  5. Make sure that you have Knowledge and Case Management turned on.
  6. Click Install.
  7. At the Install HR Service Solution step, choose whether to include sample data and then click Next.
  8. Review the disclaimer and click Confirm.
  9. Use Take the Next Steps to further configure your HR Service features.
