Configure HR Service Features and Feature Sets

Explore, set up, configure, and monitor HR Service features and feature sets in one streamlined Salesforce Go experience after initial setup. Access resources such as videos, online tours, Trailhead, and Salesforce Help to learn about features and complete configuration, discover additional HR Service features and eligible add on licenses based on your edition, and if the Your Account app is enabled, purchase select add ons directly from Salesforce Go.

Set Up and Deliver HR Service Across Channels: Set up core HR Service capabilities and deliver a consistent support experience across employee channels.

Employee Provisioning: Automatically set up foundational HR Service components such as employee records, person accounts, portal readiness, and required access.
Resolve Issues with HR Service: Manage employee requests efficiently with the essential processes and tools needed for resolution.

Enablement for HR Service: Build guided hire to retire enablement journeys that help employees get the right support, tools, and information at the right time.
Measure and Improve HR Services Effectiveness: Use analytics and feedback insights to monitor performance and continuously improve HR service quality.
  1. Select Salesforce Go from the gear menu or from the main Setup menu. The search feature in Salesforce Go suggests feature names that are similar to the search term you enter. You can search for any feature within HR Service.
  2. Go to the Feature Sets tab and set the filter for HR Service.
  3. Find the Set Up and Deliver HR Service Across Channels feature set under HR Service that you can set up using Salesforce Go.
  4. Click Keep Going on the feature set that you want to set up. Follow the steps and you are done.
