Templates consist of service process definition details, such as data attributes,
request form, and integration details, helping you quickly configure and deploy a service
process. Use the Request Leave and Update Profile service process templates in Service Process
Studio to rapidly create service processes. Employees can access the service processes from
Service Catalog in Employee Portal.
