Employee Portal uses the Identify Manager subflow and the Approve Case Request
record-triggered approval orchestration for manager approvals.
The subflow identifies the manager associated with the employee who raised a case and shares
the case with the manager.
The orchestration sends an approval request to the manager of the employee who created the
case that triggered the approval process. If the employee doesn't have an assigned manager,
the
request
isn’t sent.
