Add to a Dialog from an Einstein Conversation Mining Report

Send excerpts from a specific contact reason to an Einstein Bot dialog.

Required Editions

Select a report and click the summary name of a topic.
Select some excerpts, click the dropdown next to Create New Dialog, and then select Add to Existing Dialog.
Select whether to create an intent or add to intent.
1. If you select to create an intent, choose whether to create an intent set or add to an intent set. Then, select or add your intent set, and include details about your new intent.
2. If you choose to add to an intent, select the intent set and intent.
Select the bot name and bot version, and then select the bot dialog.
Click Finish.

Selecting an active bot version creates an inactive version of the bot. After the dialog wizard is complete, go to the new inactive version to view your changes and activate the bot to test it.
