The History tab on the Actions & Recommendations component shows the life cycle of
actions for the record. In a handoff, the history can help you identify gaps and what step to take
next.

Click the History tab on the Actions & Recommendations
component.
The history shows which actions were launched, by which agents, and when each one was
started, paused, resumed, and completed. The history shows up to 20 actions at a time.
Filter the list to see actions by status. For example, you can set the filter to
Completed to see actions that were completed. The filter only applies to
the last 200 actions.
