Admins can preview audio playback directly within Salesforce across the Media Library and Media Labels tabs, as well as download files locally.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Voice and then select
Media Management.

To preview audio, click any media file or media label entry to open the Audio Preview
player. Use player controls to play/pause, adjust volume, change playback speed, or scrub
forward/backward.

To download the media file, in the Media Library tab, locate the
file card, and select Download.
