# Preview and Download Media Files

Admins can preview audio playback directly within Salesforce across the Media Library and Media Labels tabs, as well as download files locally.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Voice and then select **Media Management**.
    
    To preview audio, [disable First Party Use of Salesforce Cookies Setting](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=004333227&type=1&language=en_US).
2. To preview audio, click any media file or media label entry to open the Audio Preview player. Use player controls to play/pause, adjust volume, change playback speed, or scrub forward/backward.
3. To download the media file, in the **Media Library** tab, locate the file card, and select **Download**.
