Assign media files from your repository to custom media labels to make them available
for routing flows. You can use the one you upload, update, and replace the assigned media file at
any time.

From Setup, enter Voice in the Quick Find box, and select Media
Management.

In the Media Labels tab, click New Media Label in the Custom Media Labels
section.

In the Media Label field, enter a unique name that describes how the audio is used.

In the Media File field, select a media file from the dropdown.

Save the changes.
Your custom media label now appears alongside system-defined labels and can be selected in
flows.
