Territory Planning requires a dataset that contains accounts and at least one
alignment. |
| Updating many roles |
- It’s best to update roles using .csv files that you create. In those .csv files,
include territory names, roles, and the users assigned to those
roles.
- In the .csv files that you create, include user IDs instead of first and last
names. User IDs are unique, whereas some users’ first and last
names aren’t.
