team. Otherwise, Maps OAuth fails during setup.
- Access the Salesforce Maps managed package. Then log in to Salesforce.
- Install in a full copy sandbox first (log in at test.salesforce.com), and then repeat in production after you test.
- Select Install for Admins Only.
- Click Install.
- Select Yes, grant access to these third-party websites, and then click Continue.
-
If a message says that installation is taking longer than expected, click Done and wait for the completion email.
You get an email when installation finishes. Until Salesforce provisions your Maps licenses (up to 72 hours), Installed Packages can show the package as a trial. It stays installed after provisioning completes.
- After you install the package, confirm that it's available. Go to Setup > Installed Packages and click Configure next to the Salesforce Maps package to open the configuration menu. You don't configure anything yet—giving users access comes next.
You installed the Salesforce Maps package in your org.
