Let your sales team use the Sales Workspace page to track performance, view agent activity, and act on recommendations in one place.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on. |
If you use a default home page in Sales or Sales Console apps, it’s replaced with the Sales Workspace page once you complete the setup process. If you use a custom home page, add Sales Workspace components to your home page so your sales team can access Sales Workspace insights.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder and select it.
- Open the home page that you want to edit.

Add these components to the page.
- Agent Completed Tasks
- Agent Suggestions
- Workspace Key Metrics
- Arrange the components as needed.
- Click Save.
Note
Make sure that the home page where you added the components is assigned to the required apps
and user profiles.
