To use Sales Workspace, sales users need specific permissions, which are assigned
through the Sales Workspace permission set group. The Sales Workspace go page lets you assign it
quickly.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and
Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.

On the Salesforce Go Sales Workspace page, in the Manage Access for Managers and Users
section, click Manage.

Click the SalesWorkspacePSG tab.

Select the users to whom you want to assign the permission set group and click
Assign.

Click Done.
