To add a custom signal that uses a custom action to the feed, clone the Create Custom Recommendations with Action flow.

Save a custom signal type in Workspace Signals and copy its developer name and the custom action's developer name.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and select Flows.
- Find and select Create Custom Recommendations with Action and then click Save As New Flow.
- To configure the custom signal you want to generate feed for, click Get Custom Definition.
- For the Name field, replace the value with the developer name of the custom signal.
- To associate a custom action for the custom signal, click Create Recommendation Action.
- For the Action Api Name field, replace the default action with the developer name of the custom action you want to trigger.
- Click Save and Activate.
