Opportunity Contact Role Fields

Opportunity Contact Roles define the role that a contact or person account plays in a deal. Depending on your page layout and field-level security settings, some fields may not be visible or editable.

Note This information applies to opportunity contact roles, a type of contact roles.

Field	Description
Contact	The name of the contact or person account.
Opportunity	The opportunity that’s associated with the opportunity contact role.
Primary	When selected, Primary identifies the person as the primary contact for the opportunity.
Role	The role of the contact for the record. Your Salesforce admin can customize the selections for this picklist.
