- Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for July 24, 2026
Test your Workato data integrations in a Salesforce Spiff sandbox and use the same recipes and connections as your production environment. If your organization has purchased the Spiff connector in Workato, Workato is available in your sandbox from Data Automation in Connectors. Copy recipes from your production workspace to validate commission logic before you push changes to production. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for June 26, 2026
When you create a new Salesforce Spiff sandbox, Spiff automatically copies Quota Types from the parent environment and creates matching IDs. Also, Quota Types no longer count against the sandbox record limit. Filter change sets by submitted date and status to find what you need faster. Review the complete workflow trail—submission, validation, approval or rejection, and deployment—in the new History tab for compliance audits. Add Processing State and Last Successful Run columns to obligation and statement reports to see whether a report has been processed and when it last ran successfully. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for June 23, 2026
Insert live Spiff data into compensation plan document templates without a separate spreadsheet upload. In the Document Designer, dynamic merge fields pull values directly from Spiff user records—including email, team names, plan assignment names, and any fields synced from connected data sources. Field values populate when you preview the document or send it for approval, so templates always reflect current Spiff data. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for June 19, 2026
Export large volumes of System Activity Log data without keeping your browser open, guarantee file integrity with a SHA256 checksum, and manage exports directly from a new Exports tab. Developers can now access the same export capabilities through the publicly available System Activity Log Export API. Payout rule tables now load up to 10,000 rows at once, so reps can see all their deal data without exporting a statement. Admins can freeze columns and adjust column widths to create consistent payout rule table layouts for their reps. New Help documentation provides expert-level guidance on data optimization and performance, covering data filter performance, upstream data management, calculation encapsulation, and dynamic logic best practices. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for May 20, 2026
Plan dropdowns and filters in Salesforce Spiff now show only active plans by default, so plan lists stay focused on what's currently in use. To find or work with an archived plan, select Show archived plans to temporarily include archived plans in the list. The setting resets when you navigate away from the page, keeping plan lists clean every time you return. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for May 12, 2026
View your complete change set history and receive an in-app or email notification when a deployment fails. New Spiff validations prevent empty change set submissions and updated in-app messages guide you to the right next step at each stage of your sandbox workflow. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for April 30, 2026
Accelerate your reporting workflow by streamlining Custom Report filter options and gain deeper visibility into data exports with new summary metadata in the Spiff Reporting API. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for March 13, 2026
Create an isolated environment to update commission logic and custom reports and to test new features without risking your production data. Use a change set to review, validate, and merge verified updates from your sandbox into your production environment. - Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for January 12, 2026
Deliver more transparent, informative commission payout statements for sales reps and managers in Salesforce Spiff.
