For sales reps to access the Prospecting Center app, assign the necessary user permissions and enable the Prospecting Center user app permissions.

Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all Salesforce orgs
as of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains available till April
2027.

- Go to permission sets.

Clone any one of the permission sets.
For example, you can clone Sales Engagement Cadence Creator, Quick Cadence Creator, or Sales Engagement User permission sets.
- In the new permission set, enable the Prospecting Center User app permission.
- Assign this new permission set so that the user can view the Prospecting Center App.
