If you want to change the calculations in Prospecting Center, modify the selected Unified Individual and Unified Account objects.

Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all Salesforce orgs as
of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains available till April
2027.

- Go to the Prospecting Center setup page.
- Turn off Prospecting Center.
- Delete Account Scoring related Copy Field Enrichments (CFEs).

Delete Account Scoring related Calculated Insights (CIs) in this order:
- Account Score
- Account Engagement, Fit, and Intent Scores
- Lead and Contact Engagement Scores
- Individual Engagement Scores
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scoring Models, and then select Scoring Models (formerly Scoring Rules).
- Delete the Scoring Ruleset.
- Go to the Prospecting Center setup page, and modify your Unified Account and Unified Individual Objects.
- Turn on Prospecting Center.
