Insert a Survey in a Unit on Your Enablement Site

Complement the general feedback you gather from badge ratings with specific, actionable feedback from learners who complete your enablement content. In a unit, you can insert a survey from an external hosting platform that allows you to embed the survey in another web page. For example, use platforms such as Salesforce Feedback Management, SurveyMonkey™, or GetFeedback. Including a survey directly in your content allows your company to encourage survey completion, avoid sending the survey in a separate communication, and scale your change management.

To create and edit content with Trailmaker Content: Create Content
  1. Create the survey in your external hosting platform.
  2. Find the survey’s embed code, which allows you to embed the survey in another web page.
    Each platform’s embed code is accessed differently.
  3. Create or import a module into your local Trailmaker Content workspace.
  4. Edit the unit where you want to embed the survey.
    Tip
    Tip For the best learner experience, we recommend that you add the survey in the last unit of a module.
  5. Put your cursor where you want the survey to appear.
  6. In the formatting toolbar, click the video icon Add video icon in Trailmaker Content formatting toolbar.
  7. Enter the survey’s embed code, and click Insert.
