- Link to Your Enablement Site from App Launcher
If your enablement site’s authentication provider is Salesforce Identity for Enablement, you can give users easy access to your site by adding a link in App Launcher in Salesforce.
- Link to Your Enablement Site from the Help Menu in Lightning Experience
To give users easy access to your enablement site, you can add a link in your custom Help menu in Lightning Experience.
- Show Enablement Site Content in Salesforce with Guidance Center and Learning Home
In Lightning Experience, Learning Paths in the Guidance Center panel and Learning Home enable users to find and complete content that’s personalized to their role and activity. This content is available directly in Salesforce, which helps users learn in the flow of work and boosts Salesforce adoption and productivity. Admins can assign modules published on your enablement site to users, and then users can find and complete assigned content directly in Salesforce.
- Find and Share Enablement Site Content in Slack
Learners can install the Trailhead Slack app and connect their enablement site account. From the app, learners can search, favorite, and share enablement site content, and view a summary of their in-progress learning.
- Access Enablement Site Content on Mobile Devices
Learners can access enablement site content from anywhere using the Trailhead GO app on their iOS, iPadOS®, or Android™ device. Learners can earn badges and points in the app.
- Authenticate Users to an Enablement Site on Mobile Devices (Salesforce Identity for Enablement)
If your enablement site uses Salesforce Identity for Enablement authentication, users can access content in the Trailhead GO mobile app only by following a correctly formatted login URL. Create a link in the required format, test the link to verify that it works correctly, and share it with your users.
- Create SSO Links to Enablement Site Content (Trailblazer.me)
If your enablement site’s authentication provider is Trailblazer.me (TBID), by default your users must log in with their TBID credentials to access your site. You can give users one-click access to your site by creating links that incorporate single sign-on (SSO).
