Existing bots continue to be supported. However, no new features or enhancements will be

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service Channels, select Service Channels, and then click New.
- For the Service Channel Name field, enter Leads.
- For the Salesforce Object field, select Lead.
- Specify the remaining settings for your service channel and save your changes.
