Skills are pre-built prompts that specify exactly what data to pull and what action to take. Claude automatically matches requests to the right skill, so you don't need to know a skill's name or invoke it directly. For example, asking "Prep me for my Acme call tomorrow" triggers See Account Context. You can also invoke a specific skill directly by using "/" followed by the skill ID.
Note During this beta, most skills are read-only or limited to drafts for your review. HSeveral
skills also support direct record create and update functionality when users are given access
via the Salesforce MCP server settings. For details and a
