To set up Consumption Forecasting, enable and configure Data 360 so
you can leverage the data effectively. Enable Data 360 in the same Salesforce
org.

Set Up a Data 360 Admin User
Before turning on Data 360 for Consumption Forecasting, you need
to set up an admin user. See Set Up a Data Cloud Admin User.
Turn On Data 360
In Setup, enable Data 360 to access your forecasting data in
Consumption Forecasting. See Turn On Data Cloud.
