Allow forecast users to adjust their own forecast values in any one of the measure columns.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Forecasts Settings, and then select Forecasts Settings.
- In the Available Consumption Forecast Types section, click Add a Forecast Type or open the forecast type in which you want to enable adjustments.
- In the Define What You Want to Measure section, open the measure column for which you want to enable adjustments.
- Select Allow user adjustments.
- Click Save, and Save & Close.
