Grant Sales Users Access to Forecasting Agent

To use Forecasting Agent, assign the SalesManagementUserPsg permission set group to your sales users.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce for Sales add-on and in Agentforce 1 Edition.
User Permissions Needed
To assign the permission set group: Customize Application

The Forecasts Settings page lets you assign the permission set group quickly.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and select Forecasts Settings.
  2. In the Forecasting Agent section, click Edit.
  3. Click Assign next to Give Your Team Access to Forecasting Agent.
  4. Click SalesManagementUserPsg and then click Manage Assignments.
  5. Click Add Assignments, select the user to whom you want to assign the permissions, and click Assign.
  6. Save your changes.
