Control If Users Can Enter Their Own Sales Email Prompt Instructions

Salesforce admins can control if anyone can enter instructions for Einstein to use in creating a unique draft email. This feature is on by default.

In Setup, enter Einstein for Sales and select Einstein for Sales.
Disable the setting Add Email Prompt Instructions.

No one in your organization can enter their own email instructions for using generative AI to create a draft email. Pre-made instructions are still available.
