- From Setup, enter Contact Intelligence View in the Quick Find box, then select Contact Intelligence View Setup.
- Turn on Contact Intelligence View.
- Add the Intelligence View button to your Contact List View button layout.
- To get the most out of Contact Intelligence View, turn on Einstein Activity Capture.
