Show the contacts on an account within an org chart in Salesforce Classic.

Enter a contact in the Reports To field for every contact on an account except the one at the top of the org chart. If a contact’s Reports To field is empty, the org chart shows only a single person, regardless of how many contacts are assigned to the account.
- On the contact’s details page, in the Reports To field, enter the name of the contact’s manager. Save your change.
- To view the contact within an org chart, on the contact’s details page, click View Org Chart.
