If you want members of your sales team to be able to see their colleagues' account plans by default, update the organization-wide settings.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and then select Sharing Settings.
- Click Edit.
- Select the access policies you want for the Account Plan and Account Plan Objective objects.
- Click Save.
