Business owners and applicants complete License and Permit applications through Agentic Application Intake, a guided experience with an agent-assisted side panel that replaces rigid form-only flows. The agent answers contextual questions about the application process and helps applicants fill out forms through natural language guidance. The intake flow unifies multiple licenses into a single application, auto-fills fields from uploaded documents, and lets applicants pause and resume without losing progress.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled. Requires Agentforce and Data 360 licenses.
Who: Agentic Application Intake is available to business owners and applicants completing License and Permit applications, and to application reviewers processing submitted intake data. The intake uses the same reviewer workflows users already know from other Public Sector applications.
Admins configuring the intake need the Agentforce Default Admin, Access Agentforce Default Agent, Public Sector Access, Document Checklist, Dynamic Assessment Access, and Unstructured Document Processing permission sets.
Community users completing applications need the Agentforce for Public Sector for Community, Industries Assessment, Document Checklist, Prompt Template User, and Data Cloud User permission sets.
