Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.
Who: Inbound Payments is available to three personas, each requiring specific permission set licenses (PSLs) and permission sets:
- Business admins: Assign the Billing Advanced, Billing, and Public Sector Payments Integration permission set licenses, and the Payment Admin, Billing Admin, and Inbound Payment for Public Sector Access permission sets.
- Agency employees: Assign the Billing Advanced, Billing, and Public Sector Payments Integration permission set licenses, and the Payment Operations User, Billing Operations User, and Inbound Payment for Public Sector Access permission sets.
- Constituents (Experience Cloud): Assign the Inbound Payment for Public Sector Access Experience Cloud Users permission set.
