# Collect Fees for Public Sector Services with Inbound Payments (Generally Available)

Help constituents pay for services, such as license and permit applications, directly on your public-facing portal. Agency employees get real-time visibility into payment status, reducing manual reconciliation and ensuring compliance before application approval.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.

**Who:** Inbound Payments is available to three personas, each requiring specific permission set licenses (PSLs) and permission sets:

- **Business admins:** Assign the Billing Advanced, Billing, and Public Sector Payments Integration permission set licenses, and the Payment Admin, Billing Admin, and Inbound Payment for Public Sector Access permission sets.
- **Agency employees:** Assign the Billing Advanced, Billing, and Public Sector Payments Integration permission set licenses, and the Payment Operations User, Billing Operations User, and Inbound Payment for Public Sector Access permission sets.
- **Constituents (Experience Cloud):** Assign the Inbound Payment for Public Sector Access Experience Cloud Users permission set.
