Guide applicants through license and permit applications with an agent-assisted intake experience. The intake flow unifies multiple licenses into a single application, fills fields from uploaded documents, and lets applicants pause and resume. Constituents pay application fees directly on your portal, and inspectors add unplanned tasks during a visit. Address search finds locations and addresses by name instead of by generated ID.
- Guide License and Permit Applicants with Agentic Application Intake
Business owners and applicants complete License and Permit applications through Agentic Application Intake, a guided experience with an agent-assisted side panel that replaces rigid form-only flows. The agent answers contextual questions about the application process and helps applicants fill out forms through natural language guidance. The intake flow unifies multiple licenses into a single application, auto-fills fields from uploaded documents, and lets applicants pause and resume without losing progress. - Collect Fees for Public Sector Services with Inbound Payments (Generally Available)
Help constituents pay for services, such as license and permit applications, directly on your public-facing portal. Agency employees get real-time visibility into payment status, reducing manual reconciliation and ensuring compliance before application approval. - Add Ad Hoc Tasks During Visits
Inspectors can now create tasks during a visit, even if those tasks weren't pre-assigned. When an inspector identifies unplanned work at a site, such as an additional safety check or follow-up verification, they select an action plan template and add tasks to the visit. This eliminates the need to return to the site later or manually track unplanned activities outside Salesforce. - Search for Locations and Addresses by Name
Select location and address records naturally instead of looking through auto-generated IDs. The new Location Address Picker component provides a user-friendly way to find addresses within your flows and Omniscripts, displaying a map when a location and address are selected.
