Streamline returns and exchanges for orders with multiple delivery groups. Select specific products or whole shipments to return, and see shipping fee refunds update. This updated experience keeps refund summaries accurate and prevents duplicate shipping fee refunds.
Where: This change applies to Point of Sale.
How: In CMS, go to Store Management | Store Settings | Checkout. Expand Shipping and turn on Allow Shipping Fee Refund.
