- Fundraising
Eliminate manual household name maintenance with formula-based naming that recalculates automatically as household composition changes.
- Program and Case Management
Participants can access programs, applications, enrollments, benefit assignments and disbursements, and referrals on their own schedule without contacting staff. The new Program Participant Portal Experience Cloud template includes preconfigured pages, navigation, and components, so staff spend less time fielding routine inquiries.
- Grantmaking
Bring consistency and control to grant evaluation workflows. Create reusable Action Plan Templates to standardize multi-stage reviews, and enable Compliant Data Sharing to restrict reviewers to only the sections relevant to their expertise. Previously, application evaluations required manual reviews at every grant cycle, creating fragmented review experience that introduced delays and the risk of reviewer bias.
