## New and Enhanced Common Features for Agentforce Nonprofit

Agentforce Nonprofit includes access to some features that are available across clouds and products in Industries. Use these features to extend and customize Agentforce Nonprofit based on your business needs.

    Participants can access programs, applications, enrollments, benefit assignments and disbursements, and referrals on their own schedule without contacting staff. The new Program Participant Portal Experience Cloud template includes preconfigured pages, navigation, and components, so staff spend less time fielding routine inquiries.

Previously, application evaluations required manual reviews at every grant cycle, creating fragmented review experience that introduced delays and the risk of reviewer bias.
