Choose from clearer destination options when transferring a conversation or starting a conference in Bring Your Own Channel. The Transfer Conversation destination list now includes External contacts instead of Others. To align with recent terminology updates, all Messaging channel transfer and conference destinations also include Reps instead of Agents.
