To improve engagement and response rates, the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app now selects the best opted-in email addresses automatically. Email recipients now also appear in the same order as on the desktop site for a consistent experience across devices. The recipient list is ordered based on the preference rank on contact point email records, with ranked addresses appearing first in ascending order, unranked addresses appearing next, and ties broken alphabetically. Your field users can also select different available email addresses based on your organization's consent settings.
